Is Nau Energy Bad for you? (Truth) – REIZECLUB

As the most popular drug in the world, caffeine is now so ubiquitous in our everyday lives that it’s hard to imagine going a day without it. To stay focused and energized, most of us need an extra source of energy and focus that can be found in caffeinated beverages.

However, that shouldn’t always be the case!

Even though it doesn’t include any caffeine or guarana, the Swedish-made NAU Energy powder drink nonetheless helps you concentrate and increases your mental clarity. It also has fewer calories than conventional energy drinks.

Taking everything into account, I believe we can safely say Nau Energy drinks aren’t harmful unless you consume them in excess.

Not convinced? Let me tell you more about it, just keep reading!

What is in NAU Energy Drink?

Nutritional Facts

Nau Energy drinks are available in sachet packets that you should blend before use. The table below shows what are the nutrients included in each sachet.

Nutrition Summary of Nau Energy

Gain mental and physical strength with NAU Snse! This supplement’s natural active ingredients were deliberately chosen for players to benefit from. Not to mention, you can carry it with you everywhere you go since it’s in sachet form.

Ingredients

Additionally, Nau Energy has the following ingredients:

  • Maltodextrin (maize)
  • Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator)
  • Trimagnesium citrate
  • Salvia Extract (Sage, Arabic gum, sage essential oil),
  • Cranberry Extract (Cranberry, magnesium hydroxide, citric acid)
  • Flavor
  • L-theanine
  • Paprika Oil Extract
  • Sucralose (Artificial Sweetener)
  • Lemon Balm Extract
  • Anti-caking agent (Tricalcium Phosphate)

Some of the active ingredients in the Nau Energy drink include lemon balm, L-theanine, cognivia, and an extra dose of vitamin and mineral supplements. Aside from soothing your mind and body, this combination is designed to help you focus better.

How Much Caffeine is in Nau?

Nau stands apart since it doesn’t include any caffeinated ingredients when it comes to energy drinks.

Indeed, while it’s caffeine-free, Nau may provide a surge and a jolt of focus due to the supplement’s other ingredients. Vitamins, carbs, and fiber, to name a few, all play a role in this beverage’s ability to give you a surge of energy.

It’s important to remember that although Nau doesn’t include any caffeine, it’s highly probable you’ll drink or eat other foods that do, so be speculative.

According, the FDA advises that you restrict your daily caffeine consumption to no more than 400mg. Anything more than that, you may experience symptoms such as headaches, weariness, difficulty focusing, and irritability due to caffeine withdrawal.

In short, Nau is a fantastic option if you’re trying to cut down on your caffeine intake.

The back side of a sachet of Nau Energy
A sachet of Nau weighs 10 grams but it is already enough to give you focus throughout the day.

Does Nau Sense Work?

Many people will testify that it does work. Don’t underestimate Nau’s capacity to help you stay focused and alert, even if it doesn’t contain caffeine.

Nau Snse, on the other hand, has an entirely different effect on your performance compared to a typical energy drink, so don’t expect the same results!

As a result of this, you shouldn’t bother comparing these two substantially different beverages. They each serve a distinct function, as one would expect.

If you ask me, caffeine-free energy drinks should be more appropriately referred to as concentration drinks. Concentration aids for those long workdays, studying hours, or simply while you’re churning through your video games.

Hence, with a nutritional supplement like Nau Snse, you may be both creative and focused at the same time.

I believe you’ll find this video interesting, for it talks about the effects of energy drinks, mostly caffeinated

Can you use NAU Energy as a pre-workout?

Nutritional formulas such as products that include caffeine, creatine, B vitamins, or artificial sweeteners are known as pre-workout supplements. Because of this reason, NAU Energy cannot be considered a pre-workout supplement in the strictest sense since it lacks these ingredients.

But yes you can drink it before your workout and it works differently than the usual pre-workout drinks.

Technically, caffeine-free means it won’t have the same stimulating effects as other energy drinks or supplements on the market, which I believe is a significant advantage, a silver lining if you may. It may help you stay focused for up to four hours at a time.

However, in this post, you’ll find a slew of suggestions for pre-workout energy supplements.

Is Nau Energy Bad for You?

Quite the opposite! No jitters or crashes are associated with NAU’s caffeine-free formula. Aside from that, the caloric intake at NAU is relatively minimal.

For me, NAU powder is a healthy alternative to other energy drinks since it’s an excellent concentration source and has no dangerous components. At whatever time of the day or night, it won’t disturb your sleep.

Energy Drink Alternatives to Nau Drinks

Because of its organic ingredients and low-calorie taste, I am confident you will like the new RUNA blend.

With REIZE, you may enjoy a powdered energy drink in 4g sachet form that’s easy to carry and consume. In detail, REIZE is sugar-free and only contains 11 calories per serving, with a reasonable caffeine content of 50 milligrams (mg).

With this in your hands, you can rest easy knowing your drink is safe.

  • Collagen Monohydrate
  • Coconut Oil Powder
  • Creatine Monohydrate
  • D-Ribose Erythirco
  • Citric Acid
  • Natural Flavors

  • Micro-Encapsulated Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019 1 Billion CFU)
  • Micro-Encapsulated Lactobacillus rhamnosus (1 Billion CFU)
  • Zinc Citrate

Effects of Energy Drinks on The Body

The most common primary function of energy drinks that you probably know is to provide your body with energy. This is because it has a stimulant like caffeine. However, it’s capable of the following too:

  • Enhanced physical performance
  • Enhanced mental performance
  • Fresh Feeling
  • Improved mood

As Brein Fuel energy drink has caffeine, it can also provide you with the benefits above. I’ll discuss the caffeine in Brein Fuel in the next section.

How Much Caffeine is in Brein Fuel?

You can find 360mg of caffeine sourced from unroasted green coffee beans in Brein Fuel. With this amount, you’ll really feel the alertness and energy from your brain all over your body. However, this amount is way too much.

Just for comparison, a regular cup of coffee only has 95 mg of caffeine. That’s usually enough to make most people alert for several hours. Imagine what 360 mg can do!

I also personally prefer energy drink brands that range from 50 to 100mg of caffeine only since I think that’s the perfect amount to get a good energy boost without risking side effects.

The FDA has also set a 400mg daily caffeine limit. If you consume one bottle of Brein Fuel, that only leaves you 40 mg left before you’re treading on dangerous territory.

This is why I don’t really recommend Brein fuel for those who are caffeine-sensitive or those who are just starting out with energy drinks.

If you take excessive amounts of caffeine, you may experience these symptoms:

  • Headaches
  • Palpitations
  • Nausea
  • Nervousness
  • Fever
  • Insomnia

How Much Sugar is in Brein Fuel?

There’s 4g of sugar per bottle of Brein Fuel, as I’ve mentioned. While other brands don’t use artificial sweeteners if their product already has natural sugar, this isn’t the case with Brein Fuel.

The brand uses low-glycemic sugar called D-Ribose, which our bodies naturally create. It’s healthier than other kinds of added sugar, and it can also be beneficial for your body.

Brein Fuel also contains the artificial sweetener sucralose. The FDA approved this for general use because it’s good for your diet. Artificial sweeteners are considered a healthier substitute for natural sugar because they’re calorie-free.

According to this study, if you have diabetes, you should go for products that use artificial sweeteners. They’re also beneficial for obesity.

That said, getting over 30g of sugar in a day has a higher chance of causing sugar crashes. This can ruin your workout streak because taking a lot of sugar instead of feeling much power can make you feel sleepy. And when you’re exhausted, you won’t be able to finish any work.

That’s why you should keep track of your daily sugar intake to remain healthy and keep working.

Vitamins in Brein Fuel

Aside from minerals, vitamins are also essential nutrients because they can do hundreds of roles and benefits for your body. They can either heal wounds or strengthen bones, heal wounds.

They also help transform food into energy. Luckily, Brein Fuel has two significant vitamins that can help you with this.

First, it has 500mg of Vitamin C. This vitamin aids in the growth and repair of all body tissues. You only need around 100mg of vitamin C per day. However, even if you take 2000mg of Vitamin C, it cannot cause you any harm.

Aside from that, Brein Fuel also has Vitamin E. This vitamin is good for your vision, reproduction, blood health, brain, and skin. However, if you happen to take over 1000mg of this vitamin a day, you can experience Nausea, fatigue, headache, and bleeding.

Vitamin in Cup.
Research your Vitamins.

Many people use vitamin C and E every day. If you’re one of them, make sure you’re taking the correct dosage as advised by your doctor.

While the said vitamins are good for pregnant or lactating mothers, Brein Fuel is not. As per what this article says, energy drinks are not for pregnant women. This is because energy drinks contain a high amount of caffeine.

How Many Cans of Brein Fuel Should You Drink Every Day?

Considering all the benefits and harmful effects of Brein Fuel, I’d say you only need a bottle per day. Although I understand if you have urges to drink more because it’s tasty and energy-boosting, I won’t recommend this for you.

If you are still looking for extra energy but you feel like the Brein Fuel’s effects have passed, you can try other options. Drinking enough water and getting proper sleep can get you energized too.

Other articles recommend having a second serving of energy drinks on the same day. I strongly suggest you don’t do this with Brein Fuel since it has a hefty amount of caffeine. You have to keep in mind the consequences you’ll get from this.

Learn more about caffeine overdose from a doctor in this video.

He explained the consequences a teen suffered because of caffeine overdose from an energy drink and a cup of coffee.

Alternative Energy Drinks to Brein Fuel

Because I think the caffeine level of Brein Fuel is way too high, I’ll suggest you some energy drinks that have lower amounts of caffeine. I’ve also included my favorite here, so make sure you check out the last one.

G Fuel

G Fuel is also an energy drink that can help you in many events. Its fruity taste is just part of the reason why many gamers worldwide love this energy drink.

It has lower caffeine content than Brein Fuel too. That said, 150mg of caffeine is still a bit higher than what I usually prefer.

If you’re cutting sugar from your diet, this one can be a good option as well. It lacks sugar and uses sucralose as its taste enhancer.

Moreover, it has Antioxidants, L-tyrosine, and taurine, ensuring focus and energy. It’s gluten-free too!

Rip It Energy

Each can of Rip It has 80mg of caffeine. This energy drink describes itself as a dietary supplement. However, you shouldn’t try replacing your meals with this drink.

Like most energy drinks, if you want to keep your body in shape, you should do it with proper meals and exercise. I guess the 80mg of caffeine is enough to keep you alert for a day.

In addition, this energy drink has Vitamin Bs and Vitamin C. It has 26g of sugar, so make sure you only drink one can to avoid sugar crashes.

REIZE (The Best)

for me, REIZE is the best energy drink for moderately active persons.

It contains a low 50 mg of caffeine, but that’s more than enough to get you through the day. Plus, you won’t need to worry about pesky side effects.

REIZE is packed with B vitamins, taurine, and ginseng that you won’t find in a bottle of Brein Fuel. It also only has 11 calories and no sugar, ensuring that the drink is suitable for all kinds of lifestyles and dietary needs.

Because it comes in a 4g powdered sachet, you can mix it anywhere and anytime you want. Less hassle for you!

You can get REIZE for only around $1 and you can even have your orders delivered to the comfort of your home.

Conclusion

While Brein Fuel doesn’t have any harmful ingredients, I’m not too fond of its caffeine content. On the other hand, I don’t doubt the boost and alertness it could give you for your tasks.

If you have high caffeine tolerance, 360mg might give you the kind of energy your body needs. Therefore, you can also use it as a pre-workout beverage. But I only recommend it for healthy adults who are used to caffeinated drinks.

All in all, Brein fuel is also not suitable for long-term and regular use since drinking such high amounts of caffeine often can lead to caffeine overdose and dependence.

Brein Fuel is just too much of a risk, in my opinion, and you can always find the nutrients it has in other brands with lower caffeine content.

If you are set on trying the drink, make sure you start with half a can first and monitor its effects on your body! If you experience any severe symptoms, consult a medical professional immediately.

Is Bucked Up Bad for You? (Truth) – REIZECLUB

Drinking one can of Bucked Up will definitely provide you with the energy you need. However, you can get into trouble if you consume more than one in a day. Bucked Up is one of the strongly caffeinated energy beverages on the market, with 300 mg of caffeine.

Its caffeine content makes it not just a strong energy drink but also a revolutionary pre-workout beverage. Athletes may experience a significant pre-workout boost from each can, all thanks to the absence of any fillers in this product.

However, 300 mg may be too much for some people, considering that one cup of coffee already contains 95 mg of caffeine.

Read more to find out how if this potent energy drink can be harmful or how many servings of Bucked Up can stun you!

Nutrition Summary of Bucked Up Energy Drink

We can conclude through this nutritional information that Bucked Up works more as a pre-workout supplement than a nutritious drink. Although this product is free of fillers, each dose includes 300mg of caffeine.

It does contain vitamins B6 and B12 that can help you concentrate and stay energized when you study, play video games, or work out. Since it has no added sugar or salt, this beverage is best consumed in the mornings before a workout.

Is Bucked Up FDA Approved?

Energy drinks are not required to get FDA approval since they are not dietary or medical supplements.

However, the FDA does regulate the individual ingredients found in energy drinks, such as artificial sweeteners and caffeine. This means that it’s up to the companies themselves to inform their consumers through nutrition labels.

Just like the other energy drinks, Bucked Up is not required to get the FDA’s approval, but the ingredients it uses are FDA-approved for consumption!

How Much Caffeine is in Bucked Up?

Each 16-ounce can of Bucked Up Energy has 300 milligrams of caffeine.

If you’re going to drink more than one of these cans, I’ll be honest with you that it won’t do you any good. According to the FDA’s advice, caffeine consumption should not exceed 400 mg per day, and drinking two cans of Bucked Up makes you consume around 600 mg of caffeine.

Because of its high caffeine content, Bucked Up should be avoided by anyone who has a history of caffeine sensitivity. While the drink’s contents are safe for long-term consumption and help you increase your exercise intensity, you should still be aware of the caffeine’s adverse effects.

Additionally, anyone under the age of 18 or pregnant should not drink Bucked Up energy since ingesting this much caffeine daily may have significant health effects or fatal consequences in some cases.

Are there Steroids in Bucked Up?

Yes, they do! In fact, Bucked Up’s non-proprietary combination contains growth hormones such as the following:

Deer Antler Velvet is being studied as a steroid alternative because it includes IGF-1, which is believed to affect the secretion of growth hormones by the body.

To put it simply, deer antlers contain an insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), which helps regenerate rapidly. Indeed, you can speed up muscle recovery by using IGF-1 after it has been extracted.

In addition, you don’t have to be concerned about whether or not they’ll do any damage since, in most cases, using steroids for a short period or at a smaller dosage does not create significant adverse effects.

However, a few downsides include increased hunger, mood swings, and difficulties sleeping if taken in excess.

If you’re curious about the other effects of Deer Antler Velvet, you should definitely watch this video.

Is Bucked Up Bad for You?

A can of Bucked Up energy drink won’t do you harm unless you are caffeine sensitive and as long as you do not consume more than two cans of it a day, you are saving yourself from the unpleasant side effects of having too much caffeine.

Since the caffeine content of one can of Bucked Up is 300mg, consuming more than one can of it, causes you to consume caffeine more than is recommended daily limit, and that is certainly bad for you.

Another thing to take note of is that Bucked Up contains Beta-alanine, another reason why it is terrible to consume two cans at once. If you continue to ingest too much beta-alanine, you may feel tingling sensations and other adverse effects all over your body.

So if you ask me, one can of Bucked Up energy drink is more than enough for a day full of physically demanding tasks. If you are not mindful of the consequences this drink may bring, you’re in for a horrible treat!

Is Bang Good For You?

Bang Energy is specifically good with the boost it can give you and its other ingredients. It has Super Creatine, Caffeine, CoQ10, and B-Vitamins.

Super Creatine is simply a substance that lean muscle mass and helps your muscles recover after increases exercise. This makes Bang a perfect pre-workout drink, too. Because creatine also helps your muscles in high-intensity activities like weightlifting.

By the way, creatine is just one of the main ingredients you can find in pre-workout drinks.

Coenzyme Q10 is used to treat heart conditions such as circulatory collapse and hypertension. You can also rely on this compound to help with headaches, cerebral pain, Parkinson’s illness, and numerous different conditions.

Health professionals suggest that if you’re 50 years old, you must have 100 mg of CoQ10 supplement each day. Having a low amount of C0Q10 can lead to upper abdominal pain and even loss of appetite.

I’m not saying you totally rely on Bang Energy for its CoQ10. You can also have this element by consuming other vegetables, fatty fish, and nuts.

There are also B-vitamins in a can of Bang Energy. These vitamins can help your nerve and cell function, making them suitable for your overall health.

How Much Caffeine is in Bang Energy?

You can compare the caffeine in Bang Energy to the caffeine in 3 cups of coffee—300mg. Just Imagine the bang you’ll experience if you consume three cups of coffee all at once!

But just to be clear, 300mg is a lot. In comparison, the FDA only recommends a maximum of 400mg a day. High amounts of caffeine can cause negative side effects such as anxiety, headaches, insomnia, and rapid heart rate.

This is why I don’t recommend Bang for those who are caffeine-sensitive. While 300mg is still within the recommended limit, it’s a very strong amount of caffeine. In fact, if you’re new to Bang, you should take half a serving first and see if you’d experience any side effects.

Bang is one of the strongest energy drinks in the market today, but there are also other brands that far exceed it! Check out the video below to know more.

Caffeine Levels in Energy Drinks Comparison

Bang Energy Side Effects

Because of its high caffeine content, drinking one serving of Bang can put your caffeine intake quite close to the daily limit.

This means that if you drink more than one can of Bang, you would likely experience side effects. It could be in the form of insomnia, headaches, nervousness, irritability, restlessness, or muscle tremors.

Energy drinks contain caffeine because they will improve your physical and mental capacity. This led me to test Bang caffeine, coQ10, and amino acids, and here’s what I learned.

While Bang asserts that each can contains 300mg of Caffeine, lab testing showed that, in reality, it has less caffeine in each can.

For CoQ10, Bang doesn’t show how much is in a can. Lab testing showed that a 16 fl. oz can of Bang contains only 63.86mg of CoQ10. I believe they should’ve stated this as a typical daily dose is CoQ10 100mg – 200mg, and the dosage is nowhere far from these numbers.

Bang guarantees that each can contains nine different amino acids, yet lab testing showed that the test only recognized 3 of them. The result didn’t distinguish the other 6 in any way.

Is Bang Bad For Your Heart?

It shouldn’t be harmful if you consume it responsibly.

Although energy drinks have been known to increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, as stated in this study. It also says that regularly consuming energy drinks can affect your heart rate.

Caffeine in scoops.
Watch your caffeine.

This might be why overdosing on caffeine also results in heart rate irregularities. On the other hand, if you consume caffeinated products like coffee in a moderate amount, it can also help you prevent heart problems.

Therefore, the amount of your consumption plays a significant role.

Is it Reasonable to Drink Bang Every Day?

I see no problem if you want to consume Bang Energy daily. If you’re living an active lifestyle having a source of additional boost is necessary.

On the other hand, I strongly suggest you stick to consuming one Bang Energy per day only. It’s not a good idea to take another one when you already know the side effects you might get from its caffeine content. Although it has a lower amount than 300mg, it’s always best to take precautions.

On the other note, it would surely help to heed the warning stated on its labels. First, you should not take it if you’re under 18. In addition to that, it isn’t safe to consume Bang Energy if you’re pregnant or taking any medication.

Alternative Energy Drinks to Bang

Most of my suggestions here have lower caffeine content compared to Bang. So, if this article made you caffeine conscious, here are other energy drinks worth your try.

Red Bull

Red Bull has only 80mg of caffeine, 27 sugar, and 110 calories. Aside from that, you can also get additional benefits from its B-Vitamins and Taurine.

I guess this is a much better option if you’re just up for a daily exercise that is not intense. After all, 80mg of caffeine can already take you to jumps and places.

While it’s a pretty moderate amount of caffeine, you’ll experience a sugar crash with its high sugar content. Just like with Bang, only take one can per day.

You can learn everything you need to know about the differences between Red Bull and Bang in my other article.

Xiience

This energy drink is both calorie and sugar-free. It has a much fewer caffeine content than Bang Energy. Having only 176mg of caffeine would give you the extraordinary energy you might want without the calories.

Xyience additionally makes it in the line of successful working out supplements. You can find it in exercise centers all around the USA. If others have found it compelling, I think you might too.

REIZE

REIZE has 50mg of caffeine only, which means you’ll get a great energy boost without the pesky side effects. In my experience, REIZE’s caffeine is just enough to get me going throughout the day and there are no jitters involved.

REIZE Energy Drink

Just like Bang Energy, it has B-Vitamins and taurine too. In fact, the REIZE blend is specially designed to improve your mental and physical performance.

And I just love that I can take REIZE with me anywhere because it comes in 4g sachets. I can whip up a fresh glass of REIZE anytime I want.

You can get REIZE for only around $1 including shipping straight to your door. That’s amazing value for your money.

Other Notable Mentions

Conclusion

Whether or not Bang energy would be bad for you ultimately depends on your caffeine tolerance and consumption.

Still, you should really be careful of its high caffeine content, even if you are used to drinking caffeinated drinks regularly. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend consuming Bang on a daily basis since it might cause caffeine dependency or even overdose.

While the drink does deliver a solid energy boost, I just don’t think it’s worth it to risk your long-term health. If you still want to try Bang, make sure that you consume half a serving first and see if you’d be feeling its effects strongly.
