  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh mint
  • 1 intrusive monitoring celery (section)
  • ½ cup Fermented green tea (Chiller)
  • ½ large grapefruit (peeled and de-seeded)
  • 1 cup pineapple (frozen)
  • ¼ avocado
  • dash Cayenne pepper (my choice)
  • 1 service Boost Protein Smoothie ( my choice)


  • Place Spinach, mint, celery and green tea in a blender.

  • puree until it becomes soft.

  • Add remaining components.
