This is how we came up with this green detox smoothie mix.

If you don’t have a juicer, I highly recommend getting one, especially if you’re committed to drinking clean, healthy juices to detoxify your body. Juicers are really capable of juicing the best nutrients from a vegetable or fruit, giving you a cup of concentrated benefits.
If you don’t have a juicer, put everything on our list into a blender and puree until smooth. This will give you juice with a little texture. If you want to remove the pulp, pass the juice through a fine strainer for a purer drink.
