  • 1 ½ cups cold water

  • 2 tsp matcha powder

  • 1 ½ cups pineapple juice

  • tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk

  • Ice


  • Place all of the ingredients, except for the ice, in a blender and puree until fully mixed.
  • Pour the pineapple matcha into two tall glasses and then top each with ice.
  • Enjoy cold.
