G Fuel Fridge (Is it Available?) – REIZECLUB

When I first heard the G Fuel fridge a couple of years ago, I was like, “Yeah, I want that!” We all know how popular and effective G Fuel’s products are, especially for gamers. The concept of a snazzy fridge for all my G Fuel products sounded exciting, so I looked up how I can get one!

So imagine my surprise when I found out that G Fuel fridges are usually given by G Fuel itself and not really on the market. But nevertheless, I have done research on the features of this fridge and how you can get one!

It’s a lengthy process but who knows, you may just have a shot.

Read on if you’re G Fuel lover!

G Fuel Ingredients

To start, here’s a rundown of what’s inside G Fuel.

Energy Complex (1.79g):

Focus Complex (1001 mg):

Antioxidant Complex (26 mg):

  • Pomegranate Fruit Extract
  • Grape Seed Powder
  • Fruit Powders (Pineapple, Apple, Orange, Blueberry, Plum, Raspberry, Strawberry, Watermelon, Lemon, Watermelon, Lime, Melon, Sour Cherry, Papaya, Peach, Grapefruit, Pyrus Communis)

Other Ingredients:

  • Maltodextrin
  • Maleic Acid
  • Silicon Dioxide
  • Acesulfame Potassium
  • Sucralose
  • Natural And Artificial Flavors
  • Fd&c Red #40

Most of these ingredients are mostly chemicals that are non-perishable, that’s why the shelf life of G Fuel energy drinks is quite lengthy.

How Do I Know If My G Fuel is Expired?

Check the bottom of the tub, there’s an expiration date there. You can tell a G Fuel powder has gone bad when the drink lack fizz and tastes bland.

However, in some cases, energy drinks may extend the shelf life of food because of the sugar, preservatives, and acids they contain. With this in mind, certain drinks that have passed their expiry date may still be safe to consume under certain conditions.

To be on the safe side, I don’t think it’s worth the risk to consume anything past its expiration date.

Some people say that some tubs don’t have an expiration date at the bottom, some say they find it next to the nutrition data. Hence, be sure to check the packaging first before buying.;

How Long can G Fuel be Stored?

G Fuel has a “use by” date of a couple of years at most. From my personal experience, the powder doesn’t go bad on its own. However, its moisture often causes the powder to adhere beyond its expiration date.

In my opinion, there is no need to worry about using expired energy drink powders if it’s 1-2 months past their expiration date. However, it is possible that the energy drink powder’s quality may deteriorate in the long run, say a couple of years past its date.

Although the caffeine in the product will not deteriorate over time, other macronutrients, such as fats, will.

To the best of my knowledge, though, G Fuel is likely to remain good for many months beyond the expiration date on the container. To ensure that the product lasts as long as they claim it would, they stretch their dates with a lot of time.

How Long Does G FUEL Last After Mixed?

You should consume G Fuel as soon as possible after mixing in water to enjoy it fully. However, if you won’t be able to finish your drink, G fuel will last for around 2 to 3 days after mixing if they are kept in the fridge consistently.

Drinking energy drinks after they’ve been opened will keep them fresh in the fridge for much longer since they’re acidic. However, I wouldn’t recommend drinking an old energy drink since it’s likely to lose its carbonation, so if you generally want your soda to be fizzy, I’d consume them immediately.

Can You Leave G Fuel in the Fridge Overnight?

Definitely! In fact, energy drinks that have been opened and left out at room temperature for more than a day should be thrown away since most likely they’ll taste awful.

For all kinds of reasons, leaving an open can or glass of energy drink lying around will cause the carbon dioxide in the beverage to escape as well as part of the water to dissipate, leaving you with an undesirable mix of sugar in water.

Hence, it’s best to drink them immediately or toss them in the fridge.

How do I Buy or Get a G-Fuel Mini Fridge?

With all the G fuel merchandise out there, you’re probably thinking about getting one for yourself as well. Unfortunately, there’s only one way to get a G Fuel fridge, you have to wait for G Fuel to give you one.

According to G Fuel, “a G Fuel fridge cannot be bought it must be earned”. Because of this, a G Fuel fridge has become some sort of a badge of honor. But more than the pride it gives to the patrons, the G Fuel fridge is a great marketing stunt.

Right now, anyone who has a G Fuel fridge in their homes is somebody who won a giveaway sponsored by G Fuel itself or by a celebrity or a video game streamer. I, therefore, concludes that you can only “buy” a G Fuel fridge with tons of luck.

You know what, I think there’s another way to get your hands on one of these highly coveted fridges. I did not consider the illegal ones, of course. You can try working for G Fuel, work your way up to be one of the executives, and just get one for yourself.

Kidding aside, from mini-fridges to computers and even vehicles, G Fuel is generous enough to give away a lot of stuff. So be sure to check out their site for updates. Who knows maybe you’ll be their next winner.

This one I believe is the best video on the internet that tackles the expiration of G Fuel energy drinks.

G-Fuel Mini Fridge Review

While it looks and works perfectly the same as the other mini-fridges in the world, a G Fuel mini-fridge has unique and cool designs specially made for fans of G Fuel. No to mention, you really have to be very lucky to get one.

The mini-fridge weighs 22 kilograms and measures around 21 inches wide, 22 inches deep, and 21 inches long. If you can imagine, it is like a cube with glass on one side, which in this case, is the door. It can store more or less 32 cans of G Fuel inside and 20 G Fuel tubs on top of it.

The mini-fridge also has cool designs with themes depending on the giveaway period. There’s a spooky edition, Christmas-themed, colorful fruity colors, and many more. But honestly, they all look great and it makes you want to look at them every time.

Mini-fridges are also called countertop fridges because of their petite size. Because of the beautiful wraps of G Fuel fridges, content creators and video game streamers alike put theirs near their studio in the background. It’s free advertising for G Fuel and adds aesthetics for the owners, a win-win for both parties.

Celsius-On-The Go

With Celsius On-The-Go, you’ll always have a convenient source of nutrient-dense fuel with you. However, if you want the same flavor and health advantages, you must drink it right after dissolving it in water.

Celsius On-The-Go is primarily a supplement of vitamins and minerals. Although, the high amount of caffeine (200 mg) may harm one’s well-being.

Still, when it comes to increasing your energy levels and sharpening your mind, Celsius On-The-Go may be the perfect supplement for you.

XS Energy

The XS Energy Drink is a terrific choice for active folks who need a boost of energy. At 80 mg of caffeine per serving, this beverage is well within the recommended range for consumption.

However, I feel that between 50 and 100 mg of caffeine is the ideal amount for these drinks and XS sure hits the spot. Also, the single serving of XS has only 10 calories and is sugar-free for those on restricted diets, making it an excellent choice.

REIZE (Highly-Recommended)

Now for one of my personal favorites—REIZE. It offers everything you could want in a beverage, and this isn’t just because I like it.

REIZE is a powdered energy drink that you may mix thoroughly or any other drink of your choosing. It’s pretty simple yet good quality.

There’s nothing but good stuff in this beverage with only 11 calories per serving and 50 milligrams of caffeine. This makes it a great option if you’re on a strict diet and don’t want to suffer from a post-meal crash.

In addition, REIZE is a good source of taurine, ginseng, and B vitamins, among other nutrients. Accordingly, you’ll be able to get the nutrition you need to perform better on the field as well.

Best of all, REIZE is unbeatable in terms of total cost-effectiveness. It costs roughly $1 for each 4g sachet to have it delivered straight to your house, making it an excellent value.

Order REIZE now to see for yourself why REIZE is one of the best-powdered energy drinks in the market today.

Bottomline

The G Fuel fridge sure does look amazing but it’s not something you can buy, unfortunately. You’d have to be sponsored by G Fuel to get one.

But in terms of consuming your G Fuel, the best course of action is to store it in the refrigerator till you do. It would be best if you never left them unattended.

In terms of the product itself, G Fuel’s powdered energy drink is a sugar-free, ingredient-expansive mix that gives you the boost you need to keep up with your intense gaming sessions.

Be aware of how much caffeine you consume when taking G Fuel. Although these beverages have a lengthy shelf life, frequent use may lead to dependence or addiction.

How Long Does G Fuel Last? (Answered) – REIZECLUB

Whether you’re wondering how long G Fuel will last or if it will go bad, you’re not alone. When it comes to energy drinks, G Fuel is a well-known brand that covers all types of tastes at an affordable price.

Accordingly, G Fuel is expected to do its magic within 10-15 minutes. Moreover, if you consume more than three servings, the effects on your energy and attention might last up to six hours.

Although, I don’t recommend you do this. Drinking in moderation is, of course, always advised.

G Fuel Nutrition Facts

Here’s a quick breakdown of what nutrients you’ll be getting from G Fuel.

With that in mind, even though G Fuel is low in calories and sugar, it still contains a significant quantity of caffeine, which may lead to caffeine overdose if used in excess.

G Fuel performs well as an energy drink intended for gamers of all kinds, with just the proper levels of caffeine and other chemicals to keep them at their peak performance, or as what the gamers call it the “zone”.

On the other hand, overdosing on G Fuel might have the opposite effect. Suppose you don’t stay abreast of how much caffeine you’re taking in. In that case, you may end up with a caffeine overdose, given that a regular serving has 150 milligrams.

Ingredients of G Fuel

To compare these products in more depth, I’ll start by giving you a list of all the ingredients included in each serving.

An overview of what each part comprises is provided below. In most cases, it consists of three main parts. For instance:

How Long Before G FUEL Goes Bad?

G Fuel has a “best before” date of about a couple of years. Technically, its energizing capacities don’t go rotten, but moisture frequently causes the powder to stick beyond the expiry date.

As an energy drink lover like myself, I can attest to the fact that energy drinks may last for at least two years beyond their “stock” date, depending on how they were kept. Also, if stored properly in a low, cold environment, the beverage may survive for years without losing its flavor.

If an energy drink does go stale, it isn’t detrimental as much as it will begin to degrade. Initially, the drink will lose some fizz and will gradually taste bland.

Ever wondered what happens if you only drink energy beverages? You’re in for a treat, this video answers just that.

Is G FUEL Safe to Drink Every Day?

Chiefly, as long as you don’t overdo it and keep your caffeine intake in check, taking G Fuel on a daily basis is safe and even advantageous.

Despite its low-calorie count and absence of sugar, G Fuel has 150mg of caffeine in a single serving. Although, because of the caffeine content, I suggest you consume no more than two servings (14g) of G Fuel per day due to potentially adverse effects.

However, unless you’re planning a full-day activity, consuming two doses of G fuel powder a day may be unnecessary, given that a single serving provides an energy boost that lasts for up to 4 to 6 hours.

In any event, exceeding the FDA’s suggested daily limit of 400mg of caffeine is a terrible idea since it will put you over the maximum.

Hence, please keep in mind that just because you can consume more than two servings of G Fuel a day doesn’t indicate you are ought to. G Fuel should only be used in moderation, keeping your caffeine consumption controlled.

The list of G Fuel's Energy Complex, Focus Complex, and Antioxidant Complex.
This is a list of all the vitamins and minerals found in a tub of G Fuel.

How Long Does G Fuel Last?

Estimated by how many servings are taken at once and the frequency of usage, G fuel’s effects may last between four and six hours.

Between four and six hours is the FDA’s estimate of the half-life of caffeine. So if you drink a caffeinated beverage, half of the stimulant is still in your system six hours later, keeping you awake.

This is why it’s important to note that you should not go overboard on these beverages since they will lead you to have a harsh come down when you’re done with them.

However, various personal factors, such as health and metabolism, might influence how quickly G Fuel begins to work for you, making it a unique experience for each individual.

Does G FUEL Keep You Awake?

If you’re having trouble staying awake when playing video games or studying late at night, G Fuel may be the solution you’ve been looking for.

Even though G Fuel doesn’t provide you energy in the traditional sense, the caffeine it provides keeps you awake and sharp, enabling you to complete your work.

Indeed, the amount of caffeine in an energy drink is the most vital component to consider when evaluating its efficacy. So, consuming more caffeine will keep you up longer!

Still, having said that, don’t overdo it on the caffeine, and know your limits before consuming more than you can manage.

Energy Drink Alternatives to G Fuel

If you want to spice things up a bit, here are a few alternatives to G fuel that I’ll promise you will enjoy.

Game Fuel

This may come as a bit of a shock, but G Fuel and Game Fuel are two completely different goodseach with their own unique formula and packaging. In contrast to G Fuel, which is best known for its powdered energy drink collection, Game Fuel comes in a can.

Game Fuel has 90mg of caffeine per 16 fl. oz can, less than half the amount of caffeine found in other energy beverages of the same size.

Given that energy typically contains anywhere from 50 to 300mg of caffeine per 16-ounce serving, the caffeine concentration in Game Fuel is relatively modest.

As far as I’m concerned, Game Fuel hits that perfect spot between getting just the proper dose of caffeine and helping you overcome that afternoon lull.

Ghost Gamer

GHOST Gamera nootropic supplement to enhance cognitive performance, is available in the form of a tasty energy drink.

In addition to its well-known and proven components, such as citicoline and tyrosine, this product incorporates Nutrition21’s NOOLVL, a chemical substance tried on pro novel players and proved to be effective in boosting cognitive performance.

Ghost Gamer has 150 mg of natural caffeine per serving, which is considered a moderate quantity. Even though this is a low concentration compared to other potent energy drinks, it should provide you with the attention and sharpness you need throughout the day.

REIZE (10/10)

G Fuel is a great energy drink; However, I believe REIZE is superior.

The powder granules of REIZE energy drink come in a handy 4g sachet, making it easy to carry everywhere. It offers a moderate 50mg of caffeine, is sugar-free, and only has 11 calories per serving.

Additionally, the combination of taurine, ginseng, and B-vitamins in REIZE provides you with an energy surge without the subsequent sugar crash.

If you’re looking for a great deal, REIZE can be delivered to your front door for as little as $1 per drink.

Get your hands on REIZE now, and you’ll see how G Fuel has been outshined by REIZE.

Pouring water on a glass filled with ice and REZIE energy drink powder.
Unlike a tub of G Fuel, a pack of REIZE energy can fit inside your pocket. A pocketful of energy indeed!

Other Energy Drinks You Should Try:

Verdict

To sum up, it takes roughly 15 minutes for G FUEL’s benefits to take effect from the time it’s consumed.

You should start with a smaller portion or a single serving of G Fuel and just increase the amount if you find it lacking in flavor or energy boost.

If this is your first time around, don’t go overboard and consume two servings in one sitting. This is a recipe for disaster, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine.

My best suggestion is to use G Fuel sensibly, limit your use to no more than one serving per day, and only use it when absolutely necessary.

How Much Caffeine is in G Fuel?

With 140 to 150 milligrams of caffeine in each serving, G Fuel is a typical energy drink in terms of caffeine content.

To put things in perspective, a can of Monster has around 160 milligrams of caffeine, making G Fuel relatively mild.

Believe it or not, the caffeine content isn’t the most crucial consideration when choosing a caffeinated beverage; Instead, it’s your tolerance for the stimulant and how long it takes for the benefits to fade.

For instance, in my case, the caffeine content in each serving of G Fuel is more than what I would consider a reasonable amount.

Caffeine metabolism and tolerance vary from person to person; Therefore, G Fuel’s 150mg caffeine dose may or may not be ideal for you.

Luckily, G Fuel comes in powdered form, so you can control the quantity of caffeine at each dose, allowing you to find the optimum balance of caffeine for your needs. So you can reduce the portion size if you choose. Just remember, too much consumption of caffeine may cause problems.

For the record, the FDA has approved a daily caffeine intake of no more than 400 milligrams for consumption. having more than that might cause adverse effects like:

  • Dehydration
  • Heart problems
  • Anxiety
  • Sugar Crash
  • Insomnia

Therefore, if you’re going to consume G Fuel, restrict your intake to a reasonable amount and abstain from other caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, or soda while doing so.

The list of ingredients found on the side of a G Fuel Energy drink tub.
G Fuel Ingredients are divided into four groups—Energy Complex, Focus Complex, Antioxidant Complex, and other ingredients.

Can a 14-year-old Drink G Fuel?

This is definitely not a good idea, given that G Fuel contains 150 mg of caffeine. It goes without saying that anyone under eighteen should avoid using energy drinks.

There is no doubt caffeine provides a temporary increase in concentration, but there are additional risks for those under 18 who take it.

Many studies have looked at the issue, and it seems as if energy drinks may be harmful to children’s and teenagers’ health.

I know for a fact that keeping yourself attentive and energetic may be challenging. While energy drinks may help with such issues, you should look for other solutions.

Remember that caffeine isn’t the only stimulant in many energy drinks; herbal supplements and other naturally occurring stimulants from plants are also common ingredients. All of this adds up to a significant bout of dizziness, especially to teenagers.

Is G Fuel Good for you?

As long as you don’t abuse it, G Fuel should be beneficial for you.

The best way to get the most out of G Fuel is to consume it in moderation and with the right purpose. A lot of folks throughout the world drink caffeine all day long for a good reason: it gives them a boost.

Moderation is, of course, the key to a satisfying energy drink experience. As long as you don’t consume an excessive amount of G Fuel, you should be alright.

Even while the perks of G Fuel outweigh its cons, don’t be fooled. In my opinion, G Fuel’s constant focus on their products’ healthfulness comes off as nothing more than pretty words.

Though it may not be the healthiest option, I also don’t believe that G Fuel would be worse for you than some other brands.

Energy Drink Alternatives to G Fuel

If G Fuel isn’t your cup of tea, or in this case, energy drink, here are a few more options for you to consider.

Celsius-On-The Go

With Celsius On-The-Go, you can get nutritious energy on the go, wherever you are. You must consume this beverage immediately after dissolving a packet in water if you want the same taste and health benefits.

For the most part, Celsius On-The-Go serves as a vitamin and mineral supplement. However, the high amount of caffeine (200 mg) might hurt one’s health.

Being a wonderful source of vitamins and minerals, Celsius On-The-Go may help you feel more energized and enhance your mental focus.

Maw

To sum, each serving of Maw has 140 milligrams of caffeine and is manufactured from all-natural ingredients.

They are a better option for you since they do not include artificial colorings, sweeteners, or preservatives of any type on its list of ingredients. As a bonus, organic energy drinks are frequently reduced in calories, making Maw Energy a fantastic option for your diet.

To top it all off, Maw Energy Drink gives you an extra burst of energy and mental clarity without causing a sugar crash or slowing your responses.

REIZE (The Best)

While G Fuel is a great energy drink, it may not be the best option for those looking for something with a lot less caffeine. In my opinion, REIZE is the best powder energy drink alternative to G fuel.

As a powdered beverage, you can customize how much of the powder mix you will apply to suit your preference and customize it to your heart’s content. In addition, each glass of REIZE comprises just 11 calories and contains only 50 milligrams of caffeine.

Moreover, taurine, ginseng, and B vitamins are just a few of the ingredients in REIZE that work hand in hand to give you an extra surge of energy.

You can get REIZE for only around $1 and you can even have your orders shipped straight to your door. That’s amazing value for your money.

Experience REIZE energy drink and see that it is altogether a better energy drink than G Fuel!

Other Energy Drinks You Should Try

Final Say

In conclusion, I believe G Fuel is a great energy drink with a pleasant taste, excellent energy-boosting properties, and a wide array of flavors to keep people hooked. However, there are certain drawbacks you should not overlook.

Although G Fuel powder has a caffeine concentration of 150 mg per 7g of powder, the quantity of caffeine in a 12- to 16-ounce cup of water is rather high for an energy drink.

As a result, when using G Fuel, be mindful of how much caffeine you take in. While a single serving may not seem like much, if you combine it with another caffeinated beverage, you may find yourself feeling significantly more restless than normal.

Is Brein Fuel Bad for You? (The Truth) – REIZECLUB

Energy drinks like Brein Fuel are proven to have powerful effects in performing physical and even mental activities.

A bottle of Brein Fuel has 4g of sugar and 360mg of caffeine. On top of that, this energy drink contains only 15 calories.

Despite being low on calories and sugar, there are claims that energy drinks like Brein Fuel are dangerous. That’s why you might be wondering if Brein Fuel could be one of them, considering it has lots of caffeine.

Effects of Energy Drinks on The Body

The most common primary function of energy drinks that you probably know is to provide your body with energy. This is because it has a stimulant like caffeine. However, it’s capable of the following too:

  • Enhanced physical performance
  • Enhanced mental performance
  • Fresh Feeling
  • Improved mood

As Brein Fuel energy drink has caffeine, it can also provide you with the benefits above. I’ll discuss the caffeine in Brein Fuel in the next section.

How Much Caffeine is in Brein Fuel?

You can find 360mg of caffeine sourced from unroasted green coffee beans in Brein Fuel. With this amount, you’ll really feel the alertness and energy from your brain all over your body. However, this amount is way too much.

Just for comparison, a regular cup of coffee only has 95 mg of caffeine. That’s usually enough to make most people alert for several hours. Imagine what 360 mg can do!

I also personally prefer energy drink brands that range from 50 to 100mg of caffeine only since I think that’s the perfect amount to get a good energy boost without risking side effects.

The FDA has also set a 400mg daily caffeine limit. If you consume one bottle of Brein Fuel, that only leaves you 40 mg left before you’re treading on dangerous territory.

This is why I don’t really recommend Brein fuel for those who are caffeine-sensitive or those who are just starting out with energy drinks.

If you take excessive amounts of caffeine, you may experience these symptoms:

  • Headaches
  • Palpitations
  • Nausea
  • Nervousness
  • Fever
  • Insomnia

How Much Sugar is in Brein Fuel?

There’s 4g of sugar per bottle of Brein Fuel, as I’ve mentioned. While other brands don’t use artificial sweeteners if their product already has natural sugar, this isn’t the case with Brein Fuel.

The brand uses low-glycemic sugar called D-Ribose, which our bodies naturally create. It’s healthier than other kinds of added sugar, and it can also be beneficial for your body.

Brein Fuel also contains the artificial sweetener sucralose. The FDA approved this for general use because it’s good for your diet. Artificial sweeteners are considered a healthier substitute for natural sugar because they’re calorie-free.

According to this study, if you have diabetes, you should go for products that use artificial sweeteners. They’re also beneficial for obesity.

That said, getting over 30g of sugar in a day has a higher chance of causing sugar crashes. This can ruin your workout streak because taking a lot of sugar instead of feeling much power can make you feel sleepy. And when you’re exhausted, you won’t be able to finish any work.

That’s why you should keep track of your daily sugar intake to remain healthy and keep working.

Vitamins in Brein Fuel

Aside from minerals, vitamins are also essential nutrients because they can do hundreds of roles and benefits for your body. They can either heal wounds or strengthen bones, heal wounds.

They also help transform food into energy. Luckily, Brein Fuel has two significant vitamins that can help you with this.

First, it has 500mg of Vitamin C. This vitamin aids in the growth and repair of all body tissues. You only need around 100mg of vitamin C per day. However, even if you take 2000mg of Vitamin C, it cannot cause you any harm.

Aside from that, Brein Fuel also has Vitamin E. This vitamin is good for your vision, reproduction, blood health, brain, and skin. However, if you happen to take over 1000mg of this vitamin a day, you can experience Nausea, fatigue, headache, and bleeding.

Research your Vitamins.

Many people use vitamin C and E every day. If you’re one of them, make sure you’re taking the correct dosage as advised by your doctor.

While the said vitamins are good for pregnant or lactating mothers, Brein Fuel is not. As per what this article says, energy drinks are not for pregnant women. This is because energy drinks contain a high amount of caffeine.

How Many Cans of Brein Fuel Should You Drink Every Day?

Considering all the benefits and harmful effects of Brein Fuel, I’d say you only need a bottle per day. Although I understand if you have urges to drink more because it’s tasty and energy-boosting, I won’t recommend this for you.

If you are still looking for extra energy but you feel like the Brein Fuel’s effects have passed, you can try other options. Drinking enough water and getting proper sleep can get you energized too.

Other articles recommend having a second serving of energy drinks on the same day. I strongly suggest you don’t do this with Brein Fuel since it has a hefty amount of caffeine. You have to keep in mind the consequences you’ll get from this.

Alternative Energy Drinks to Brein Fuel

Because I think the caffeine level of Brein Fuel is way too high, I’ll suggest you some energy drinks that have lower amounts of caffeine. I’ve also included my favorite here, so make sure you check out the last one.

G Fuel

G Fuel is also an energy drink that can help you in many events. Its fruity taste is just part of the reason why many gamers worldwide love this energy drink.

It has lower caffeine content than Brein Fuel too. That said, 150mg of caffeine is still a bit higher than what I usually prefer.

If you’re cutting sugar from your diet, this one can be a good option as well. It lacks sugar and uses sucralose as its taste enhancer.

Moreover, it has Antioxidants, L-tyrosine, and taurine, ensuring focus and energy. It’s gluten-free too!

Rip It Energy

Each can of Rip It has 80mg of caffeine. This energy drink describes itself as a dietary supplement. However, you shouldn’t try replacing your meals with this drink.

Like most energy drinks, if you want to keep your body in shape, you should do it with proper meals and exercise. I guess the 80mg of caffeine is enough to keep you alert for a day.

In addition, this energy drink has Vitamin Bs and Vitamin C. It has 26g of sugar, so make sure you only drink one can to avoid sugar crashes.

REIZE (The Best)

for me, REIZE is the best energy drink for moderately active persons.

It contains a low 50 mg of caffeine, but that’s more than enough to get you through the day. Plus, you won’t need to worry about pesky side effects.

REIZE is packed with B vitamins, taurine, and ginseng that you won’t find in a bottle of Brein Fuel. It also only has 11 calories and no sugar, ensuring that the drink is suitable for all kinds of lifestyles and dietary needs.

Because it comes in a 4g powdered sachet, you can mix it anywhere and anytime you want. Less hassle for you!

You can get REIZE for only around $1 and you can even have your orders delivered to the comfort of your home.

Conclusion

While Brein Fuel doesn’t have any harmful ingredients, I’m not too fond of its caffeine content. On the other hand, I don’t doubt the boost and alertness it could give you for your tasks.

If you have high caffeine tolerance, 360mg might give you the kind of energy your body needs. Therefore, you can also use it as a pre-workout beverage. But I only recommend it for healthy adults who are used to caffeinated drinks.

All in all, Brein fuel is also not suitable for long-term and regular use since drinking such high amounts of caffeine often can lead to caffeine overdose and dependence.

Brein Fuel is just too much of a risk, in my opinion, and you can always find the nutrients it has in other brands with lower caffeine content.

If you are set on trying the drink, make sure you start with half a can first and monitor its effects on your body! If you experience any severe symptoms, consult a medical professional immediately.

Nutritional Information of G Fuel

G Fuel Caffeine Content

As you can see, two scoops of G Fuel can give you 300mg of caffeine. If you don’t need that much caffeine, you can always mix only one scoop. On the other hand, one can of G Fuel already has 300mg caffeine.

While this amount is still safe, according to the FDA, they also suggest that you have to keep your caffeine intake at only 400mg a day. This could already justify why you should not drink beyond two scoops of it.

I do prefer the flexibility the scoops provide since I’m able to control my caffeine intake more. The 300 mg in the canned version is just too much for me already and high amounts of caffeine can lead to these symptoms of caffeine overdose:

  • Anxiety
  • Dizziness
  • Insomnia
  • Abnormal heart rate
  • Dehydration
  • Headaches
  • Restlessness and shakiness
  • Stomach problems

Caffeine only takes 15 minutes to work in your system, but it doesn’t exit your body until after ten-twelve hours. You may not feel the lift from it anymore, but that doesn’t mean you’re ready again for another mix.

If you’re feeling weak, you can still get energy by eating proper meals. Aside from that, there are natural ways to gain energy without relying much on energy drinks. Watch this:

Nothing can beat the basics and the natural.

G Fuel Sugar Content

G Fuel is completely sugar-free! But for it to achieve its tropical and sweet taste, it has to use artificial sweeteners. These sweeteners are said to be a better option compared to natural sugar.

The artificial sweeteners in G Fuel are sucralose and acesulfame potassium. According to this article, both artificial sweeteners have no calories and are FDA-Approved. Therefore, they should be good for your diet.

Sugar Free Label.
Free from a sugar crash.

However, despite being safe, this shouldn’t be a reason for you to take G Fuel as much as you like. And that’s the same as any product that uses artificial sweeteners.

If you do, you might suffer from overconsuming, which could eventually turn to obesity or, worse, even diabetes. Besides, there are still no clear long-term impacts of artificial sweeteners on our health.

What Should Be Your Age To Drink G Fuel?

It would be best if you were no less than 18 years old. If you’re younger than that, I’d say you have to wait to become an adult before you try drinking G Fuel.

Minors can technically take up to 100mg of caffeine, but it’s not recommended that they take caffeine at all since children and adolescents have a higher chance of adverse effects from energy drinks. These effects include Palpitations, sleeping problems, headaches, and seizures.

In addition, pregnant and lactating women are not advised to take caffeine too since it could deter the development of the fetus.

What Happens If I Drink G Fuel Every Day?

Of course, you’ll experience physical improvement and enhanced focus every day. Don’t forget the antioxidants that can strengthen your immune system and improve your memory.

While I think one serving is safe every day, if you’re not used to it, your body might suffer from caffeine withdrawal. This takes effect for the next 12-24 hours, especially if you’re used to taking caffeinated drinks.

That said, if you’re going for the canned version, you should consume it once in a few days only since it has higher caffeine content.

Is G Fuel Healthier Than Monster?

Energy drinks cannot really be considered a healthy product. However, judging from the Monster and G Fuel contents, I would say that G Fuel is the better option. Take a look at this short table:

Content G Fuel (1 Scoop) Monster
Caffeine 150mg 160mg
Calories 25 210
Sugar 0g 54g
G Fuel and Monster Comparison.

While the one can of Monster gives you a moderate amount of caffeine, that’s not the case when it comes to sugar. As you may know, only up to 30g of sugar is safe for a healthy adult. Therefore, if you go with Monster, there’s a high chance you’ll experience sugar crashes.

Also, Monster’s calorie content is much higher than what G Fuel has. On the other hand, even if you take two scoops of G Fuel, its sugar content won’t change.

However, if you take two scoops of G Fuel, its caffeine content will double too. That’s why you should always consider how much you’re consuming and what substances you’re getting.

Alternative Energy Drink to G Fuel

If you’re open to exploring other options, I’ve got a few suggestions for you.

Ghost Gamer

Ghost Gamer is free of gluten and sugar. Every two scoops of this powdered refreshment contain 150mg of caffeine. Besides caffeine, it has an enormous heap of power enhancements to help you with your daily goals or obligations.

Generally, Ghost Gamer can provide many other advantages to your body. You can also have it as a pre-workout drink since it has Caffeine, L-Tyrosine, and taurine, all energy boosters.

Besides giving you energy, it has water, coconut content, and B Vitamins that could help your body rehydrate. It also has B Vitamins that would assist with keeping you alert while you focus on your games.

X-Gamer

X-Gamer has supplements and multivitamins. Some are great for your mental performance, particularly its nootropic amino substance.

Regarding its caffeine content, it can give you 200mg of caffeine per sachet. Then again, it doesn’t contain any sugar and has a couple of calories.

Generally, X-Gamer is an extraordinary caffeinated drink with different flavors. It likewise has many supplements, including taurine, L-Tyrosine, vitamins, and sodium.

I like the way its nootropic substance helps the body and causes you to perform better. Likewise, you shouldn’t take more than one pack of X-Gamer caffeinated drinks each day to avoid side effects.

For me, REIZE is a much better-powdered energy drink than G Fuel. It’s fresh and fizzy and I love that it comes in handy 4g sachets that I can take with me anywhere.

REIZE has 50 mg of caffeine that is guaranteed to give you a solid energy boost without all the pesky side effects.

It also has a bunch of micronutrients such as taurine, ginseng, and B Vitamins, which ensure that you achieve peak mental and physical performance. In addition, REIZE contains a low 11 calories and no sugar, making it suitable for all kinds of diets and lifestyles.

The Bottom Line

G Fuel has only a few calories and doesn’t contain any sugar making it a good energy drink for your everyday tasks. Just remember to limit yourself to one scoop a day. Besides, its 150mg caffeine content per scoop is pretty decent compared to other energy drinks.

That said, the caffeine content is pretty concerning if you plan to drink the G Fuel canned version. More so if you’re not used to drinking that amount of caffeine regularly.

That’s why always make sure to read the label of a serving carefully. Remember to check the number of maximum scoops per serving as well.

That’s for your safety. Lucky for you, energy drinks makers make that a priority!
