Ingredients of Red Bull Yellow Edition and their functions

Caffeine is an ingredient extracted from the leaves, beansor nuts of several plants. It’s a stimulant, which means it boosts the brain’s and nervous system’s activity.

In addition to energy drinkscaffeine can also be found in coffee, cocoa, teaand some soft drinks. Caffeine affects each individual differently mainly due to the caffeine tolerance level of their bodies.

Sugar is another common element in energy drinks that is frequently criticized. It often faces negative fronts due to getting linked to a few adverse health effects such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and depression.

Red Bull Yellow Edition has 38 grams of added sugar, which in my opinion, is a high amount, therefore, I do not suggest you consume it too much. However, Red Bull also has a sugar-free version of its beverage.

Taurine, a naturally occurring amino acid that assists in the control of heart rate and muscle contractions, is also found in Red Bull. According to Mayo Clinic, it also promotes neuronal transmissions in the brain.

Potential Side Effects of Red Bull Yellow Edition

Red Bull Yellow Edition, like any other caffeinated beverages, can potentially trigger responses such as raised blood pressure, increased heart rate, anxiety, headachesand other side effects.

If you have an extraordinarily high caffeine tolerance, you may not suffer any of these adverse effects. Concerns have been raised in recent years regarding the possible detrimental health effects of energy drinks like Red Bull, particularly among teenagers and young people.

According to a study, anything with an excessive level of caffeine should be avoided at all costs since it may cause health concerns. This is true not only for Red Bull Yellow Edition but also for any other caffeinated beverages.

The amazing thing about Red Bull Yellow Edition is that it only has 114 mg of caffeine which is way below the maximum recommended daily intake of caffeine by the FDA. However, the high sugar level in the drink is something you should be conscious of.

Does Red Bull Yellow Edition Damage Your Brain?

In most circumstances, simply drinking Red Bull Yellow Edition will not cause brain damage.

According to research, the consumption of large amounts of glucose in the form of sugar, for example, can cause brain connections to be disrupted. This might affect not just memory but also other cognitive functions, including mental capacity and executive functioning.

Even yet, it’s tempting to believe that the sugar-free version of Red Bull would be a better choice. However, a high caffeine intake on a daily basis may have detrimental consequences for your brain development, such as changing how your brain detects adenosine levels, the neurotransmitter that makes you feel calm or drowsy.

So, if you want to avoid experiencing these symptoms, make sure you first see your doctor to know whether you are able to consume these components in such large quantities.

Can You Have Red Bull Yellow Edition Every Day?

To be honest, I feel that drinking Red Bull or any other energy drinks on a regular basis is fine.

It’s only harmful if you have pre-existing medical conditions as it might make your present situation worse.

So, make sure you’re staying within your limits and that your body can manage the caffeine in the beverage. It’s always better to consume it moderately.

Gamer Supps, better known as GGis a calorie and sugar-free powdered beverage that generates a balanced and reasonable amount of energy (100 mg) to keep you going during your long gaming sessions.

When we engage in mentally challenging tasks such as studying, working, and even playing video games, more brainpower is required. This is because adenosine builds up in your system, making you tired and sluggish throughout the day, which is why energy beverages, such as GG exist.

As a gamer, I assume you may have heard of GG’s benefits on improving one’s attention and reflexes. But there’s still more to it than just that. So, if you want to know more about GG, particularly its nutrition facts read until the end.

What is in GG Energy?

For the most part, GG comprises the following:

  • L-Theanine
  • L-Tyrosine
  • Choline L-Bitartrate
  • Lutein
  • Astaxanthin
  • Phosphatidylserine
  • Potassium
  • Acai Berry Extract
  • Goji Berry Extract
  • Ginseng Root Extract
  • Mangosteen Fruit Extract

GG Energy Drink Nutrition Facts

On the other hand, here’s a detailed breakdown of the contents of GG Gamer Supps in the table below.

Content Amount

Calories 0%
Total Carbohydrates <1g
Sugar <1g
Erythritol <1g
Vitamin C 100mg
Vitamin B6 5mg
Vitamin 12 200mg
Nutritional Information of GG.

GG may only have two letters for its branding but it provides a wide range of nutrients and vitamins.

Some of these vitamins are the most critical elements of your body needs. They are essential for our bodies to function efficiency. However, GG is only an energy drink, not a food supplement or multivitamin thus it only provides a few amounts of these nutrients.

GG Energy Drink Caffeine Content

100 milligrams of ginseng root caffeine make up the caffeine in GG’s natural form. Believe it or not, this is about what you’d get in a usual cup of coffee.

It is important to note that caffeine metabolism and tolerance differ from person to person; Thus, GG’s 100mg caffeine dosage may or may not fit you.

For those who like powdered GG, you may adjust the amount of caffeine in each serving to meet your requirements. As a result, you may lower the serving size if desired, but keep in mind the greater caffeine level in a large dose may pose a risk to your health.

Check out this video as Dr. Mike explains what caffeine does to our bodies.

GG Energy Drink Side Effects

In some instances, taking more than the prescribed dose might result in the following adverse effects such as

  • Insomnia
  • Headache
  • Abnormal heart rhythm
  • Dehydration
  • Restlessness
  • Caffeine Dependency

If used in moderation, energy drinks do not pose a risk. However, if you overindulge in these beverages, the consequences can be dire.

GG Gamer Supps provide the same benefits as a cup of coffee, but they’re 20% more potent. Hence, I don’t suggest consuming more than two mixes every day.

The FDA recommends a daily caffeine consumption of no more than 400 milligrams, which is the safest bet.

While mixing two GG gives you only half as much caffeine as the recommended daily limit of 400mg, this is still a significant dose to be concerned about.

The reason for this is that if you have caffeine sensitivity, this level of caffeine might be detrimental to you. Not to mention, getting habituated to excessive doses of caffeine may lead to caffeine dependence and overdose; Thus, it’s best avoided.

Does GG Energy Drink Actually Work?

As far as how normally energy drink works, GG energy works like a charm. In addition, they have achieved their goal of providing a better, longer-lasting, energy source to esports players and average gamers than anything else in the business.

However, even if you may benefit from using the GG Gamer Supplement every day, it is not a good idea to do so. Because at the end of the day, it is still an energy drink, and energy drinks are not the healthiest of drinks out there.

GG may be a sugar-free energy drink, but don’t let that fool you. Caffeine, for example, has side effects that might be hazardous.

Using energy drinks like GG Gamer Supp to get through the day is a hard habit to break that you should avoid at all costs. If you’re not careful, it may lead to life-threatening health issues.

Can You Drink GG Energy Drink Every Day?

Yes, you can, but it is not ideal. But if you really want to do so, to get the most out of GG Gamer Supps energy drinks, stick to only one sachet per day.

GG Gamer Supps contains 100 milligrams of caffeine, which is enough to keep you going during grueling activities. Even though the FDA recommends a daily intake of 400 milligrams of caffeine, each person’s reaction to caffeine is different.

Again, keep in mind that even though you can take one GG Gamer Supps energy drink per day, it doesn’t mean you should.

In addition, Razorwire also uses a few of the following elements.

  • L-Taurine
  • Citric Acid
  • Maltodextrin
  • L-theanine
  • Tri-Sodium Citrate
  • Caffeine Anhydrous
  • N-Acetyl-L-tyrosine
  • Sodium Chloride
  • Sucralose
  • Potassium Chloride
  • Pine Bark Extract
  • Guarana Extract
  • Green Tea Extract

Caffeine in Razorwire

Razorwire’s caffeine content is more than what a cup of coffee could give you, which is only between 80-100mg of caffeine.

As I’ve mentioned, a sachet of Razorwire contains 150mg of caffeine. If you’re looking for alertness, having a dose of caffeine would help. This is why you drink a cup of coffee during the morning, to shake the sleepiness away.

While Razorwire’s caffeine can enhance your mental performance, there’s only a limit to how much you’re allowed to take. The FDA advises taking not more than 400mg of caffeine daily because it could lead to caffeine crashes along with other discomforts, such as:

  • Headaches
  • Anxiety
  • Fever
  • Nervousness
  • Palpitations

Moreover, the caffeine in Razorwire is much more concentrated. That’s why it’s called caffeine anhydrous. Given that, I think you should take only a single sachet of Razorwire per day.

But, if you need to consume another sachet, make sure you won’t take other caffeinated products on the same day to prevent the side effects.

Check out this video to know more about caffeine’s effect on your body.

This is what Tech Insider has to say with caffeine.

Sugar in Razorwire

Razorwire doesn’t have any sugar but it does use artificial sweeteners instead. Sucralose can make a product sweeter than actual sugar. Besides, natural sugar can lead to sugar crashes if you happen to take over 30g per day.

You’re probably doubtful about the artificial sweetener’s safety because it’s not natural. Well, you don’t need to worry as it’s FDA approved for general use. Plus, it’s suitable even for a person with diabetes.

In addition, it also doesn’t have any calories, which can be a good option when you’re maintaining your weight. In contrast, many say artificial sweeteners cause high blood pressure; however, no direct study proves this.

By the way, my favorite energy drink uses sucralose too. And until today, I haven’t encountered any adverse effects whenever I take it.

Calories in Razorwire

Razorwire has only 15 calories. That’s too little. But that’s for the best, especially if you don’t want your weight to pile up.

According to this article, you can burn 75 calories even if you do nothing. Therefore, I guess 15 calories won’t get you any problem.

However, for your body to stay healthy, you need 1,600 to 2,400 calories per day if you’re a woman. On the other hand, you need 2,000 to 3,000 calories daily if you’re a man—every calorie in a drink counts. Make sure you’re tracking the calories of the food you eat too.

Vitamins Content in Razorwire

Razorwire has a bunch of nutrients, too, such as vitamin B, C, and E. As you may know, the use of vitamin B is common in energy drinks.

This is because Vitamin B is good for your body’s overall health. It offers support to your nervous system, red blood cells, mood levels, and brain health.

There’s a recommendation on just how much Vitamin B you should allow on your body. This article says that consuming over 50mg of Vitamin Bs can make you suffer mild diarrhea and nausea.

If you compute all the vitamin Bs in Razorwire, it’s nowhere near 50 mg, so that’s a safe amount.

As stated on the table earlier, Razorwire has vitamin C or ascorbic acid, which can also improve your immune system. It can give your skin a fast healing process just in case of slight wounds during moderate to heavy exercise.

Another thing that’s good for your skin is Vitamin E. It has antioxidants that could help protect your body. Aside from that, it can also help prevent some illnesses such as coronary disease and cancer.

Electrolytes in Razorwire

Aside from vitamins, you can also get electrolytes from Razorwire. And not only one, but two of its kind.

The first one would be Potassium Chloride, and another one is Sodium Chloride. Electrolytes would be in charge of keeping your body fluids in balance, and it would prevent dehydration.

You might think you won’t need it in gaming. But come to think of it, even if you’re just sitting while playing your game, you might still sweat.

According to this study, you’ll likely sweat a lot if you’re currently in a confined space or you exercise regularly. I suggest you keep your gaming area well-ventilated to lessen your sweating.

more, electrolytes can keep you alert as well. This is because electrolytes also act as stimulants. Therefore, you’ll surely experience the focus and energy in Razorwire compared to other energy drinks that lack them.

Can You Drink Razorwire Every Day?

I think you can, Considering the minerals, vitamins, and caffeine amount. However, I think you should take only one serving if necessary.

In addition, you cannot rely on it as a sole source of a boost, for you can still get energy from other ways such as a proper meal and having a good sleep. Besides, you have to limit your caffeine intake to avoid building up a caffeine tolerance.

Where Can You Buy Razorwire?

Razorwire is not that hard to find. You can purchase this energy drink at any convenience store and shopping site. Check them out on Amazon or eBay.

Get a tub of Razorwire for only around $45. A single tub of this beverage contains around 60 servings. Just make sure to mix one scoop of it in 300-400ml water for a better taste and effect.

What Are Razorwire’s Flavors?

Razorwire has six unique flavors, which are listed below!

  • Cherry
  • Apple
  • Sweet Lemonade
  • Tropical
  • Watermelon
  • Raspberry

Alternative Energy Drinks to Razorwire

Besides Razorwire, you could also use other energy drinks as a gaming buddy. Here are some beverages you can try:

Red Bull

Red Bull is famous because of its soda-like taste, and it’s been proven to increase physical and mental performance. That’s how it should be as it has 110 calories aside from 80mg of caffeine. Before I forget, the higher the calorie content of a product, the higher energy levels it could give you.

However, too much of calories can increase weight. However, you can quickly burn 110 calories in Red Bull if you’ll be playing for long hours, much better if you’re going to work out. Moreover, it has 80mg of caffeine, which guarantees you a dose of focus with the help of its Vitamin Bs.

Red Bull has 27g of sugar. This could be a downside for you if you’re prone to sugar crashes. Traveling, it’s still a good energy drink. Just make sure not to consume other sugary products to avoid the consequences.

Rockstar energy drink has 160mg of caffeine, slightly higher than Razorwire. And because of that, you’ll surely get a solid jolt of energy to overcome your long-playing game. It is also packed with guarana, ginseng, and vitamin Bs.

In addition, it also contains 24g of sugarwhich might also cause sugar crashes if you’re sensitive to caffeine.

As it contains sugar, it tastes pretty sweet and feels smooth without any terrible lingering flavor. That said, you should limit yourself to one serving of Rockstar per day.

Now, if you want to try Rockstar, you can get a can for only $2.

REIZE (My Favorite)

Like Razorwire, REIZE is a powdered energy drink with no added sugar.

However, I like REIZE more because it only has a sensible 50mg caffeine. It’s not too high, which means it’s still okay to take up to two or three servings. But trust me, one serving is enough to power me through the day!

Overall, Razorwire has a decent taste and provides a good amount of energy. It’s not only packed with minerals, but its measure of caffeine can absolutely provide you a solid gaming execution.

Moreover, it has no calories and sugar, making it good energy if you don’t have plans to gain extra weight from energy drinks. And it won’t make you stress over the possibility of caffeine crashes.

You just need to make sure to drink in moderation. Still, if it causes you any negative experiences, you can always try REIZE!

Nutritional Information of G Fuel

Ingredients of G Fuel

G Fuel has probably one of the most extended ingredients lists. The good thing about this is the manufacturer listed them by category. Therefore, if you’re not familiar with a specific element, you’ll already have an idea of what is it for.

Under its Energy Complex are:

  • Taurine
  • L-Citrulline Malate
  • Caffeine

G Fuel Caffeine Content

As you can see, two scoops of G Fuel can give you 300mg of caffeine. If you don’t need that much caffeine, you can always mix only one scoop. On the other hand, one can of G Fuel already has 300mg caffeine.

While this amount is still safe, according to the FDA, they also suggest that you have to keep your caffeine intake at only 400mg a day. This could already justify why you should not drink beyond two scoops of it.

I do prefer the flexibility the scoops provide since I’m able to control my caffeine intake more. The 300 mg in the canned version is just too much for me already and high amounts of caffeine can lead to these symptoms of caffeine overdose:

  • Anxiety
  • Dizziness
  • Insomnia
  • Abnormal heart rate
  • Dehydration
  • Headaches
  • Restlessness and shakiness
  • Stomach problems

Caffeine only takes 15 minutes to work in your system, but it doesn’t exit your body until after ten-twelve hours. You may not feel the lift from it anymore, but that doesn’t mean you’re ready again for another mix.

If you’re feeling weak, you can still get energy by eating proper meals. Aside from that, there are natural ways to gain energy without relying much on energy drinks. Watch this:

Nothing can beat the basics and the natural.

G Fuel Sugar Content

G Fuel is completely sugar-free! But for it to achieve its tropical and sweet taste, it has to use artificial sweeteners. These sweeteners are said to be a better option compared to natural sugar.

The artificial sweeteners in G Fuel are sucralose and acesulfame potassium. According to this article, both artificial sweeteners have no calories and are FDA-Approved. Therefore, they should be good for your diet.

Sugar Free Label.
Free from a sugar crash.

However, despite being safe, this shouldn’t be a reason for you to take G Fuel as much as you like. And that’s the same as any product that uses artificial sweeteners.

If you do, you might suffer from overconsuming, which could eventually turn to obesity or, worse, even diabetes. Besides, there are still no clear long-term impacts of artificial sweeteners on our health.

What Should Be Your Age To Drink G Fuel?

It would be best if you were no less than 18 years old. If you’re younger than that, I’d say you have to wait to become an adult before you try drinking G Fuel.

Minors can technically take up to 100mg of caffeine, but it’s not recommended that they take caffeine at all since children and adolescents have a higher chance of adverse effects from energy drinks. These effects include Palpitations, sleeping problems, headaches, and seizures.

In addition, pregnant and lactating women are not advised to take caffeine too since it could deter the development of the fetus.

What Happens If I Drink G Fuel Every Day?

Of course, you’ll experience physical improvement and enhanced focus every day. Don’t forget the antioxidants that can strengthen your immune system and improve your memory.

While I think one serving is safe every day, if you’re not used to it, your body might suffer from caffeine withdrawal. This takes effect for the next 12-24 hours, especially if you’re used to taking caffeinated drinks.

That said, if you’re going for the canned version, you should consume it once in a few days only since it has higher caffeine content.

Is G Fuel Healthier Than Monster?

Energy drinks cannot really be considered a healthy product. However, judging from the Monster and G Fuel contents, I would say that G Fuel is the better option. Take a look at this short table:

Content G Fuel (1 Scoop) Monster
Caffeine 150mg 160mg
Calories 25 210
Sugar 0g 54g
G Fuel and Monster Comparison.

While the one can of Monster gives you a moderate amount of caffeine, that’s not the case when it comes to sugar. As you may know, only up to 30g of sugar is safe for a healthy adult. Therefore, if you go with Monster, there’s a high chance you’ll experience sugar crashes.

Also, Monster’s calorie content is much higher than what G Fuel has. On the other hand, even if you take two scoops of G Fuel, its sugar content won’t change.

However, if you take two scoops of G Fuel, its caffeine content will double too. That’s why you should always consider how much you’re consuming and what substances you’re getting.

Alternative Energy Drink to G Fuel

If you’re open to exploring other options, I’ve got a few suggestions for you.

Ghost Gamer

Ghost Gamer is free of gluten and sugar. Every two scoops of this powdered refreshment contain 150mg of caffeine. Besides caffeine, it has an enormous heap of power enhancements to help you with your daily goals or obligations.

Generally, Ghost Gamer can provide many other advantages to your body. You can also have it as a pre-workout drink since it has Caffeine, L-Tyrosine, and taurine, all energy boosters.

Besides giving you energy, it has water, coconut content, and B Vitamins that could help your body rehydrate. It also has B Vitamins that would assist with keeping you alert while you focus on your games.

X-Gamer has supplements and multivitamins. Some are great for your mental performance, particularly its nootropic amino substance.

Regarding its caffeine content, it can give you 200mg of caffeine per sachet. Then again, it doesn’t contain any sugar and has a couple of calories.

Generally, X-Gamer is an extraordinary caffeinated drink with different flavors. It likewise has many supplements, including taurine, L-Tyrosine, vitamins, and sodium.

I like the way its nootropic substance helps the body and causes you to perform better. Likewise, you shouldn’t take more than one pack of X-Gamer caffeinated drinks each day to avoid side effects.

For me, REIZE is a much better-powdered energy drink than G Fuel. It’s fresh and fizzy and I love that it comes in handy 4g sachets that I can take with me anywhere.

REIZE has 50 mg of caffeine that is guaranteed to give you a solid energy boost without all the pesky side effects.

It also has a bunch of micronutrients such as taurine, ginseng, and B Vitamins, which ensure that you achieve peak mental and physical performance. In addition, REIZE contains a low 11 calories and no sugar, making it suitable for all kinds of diets and lifestyles.

The Bottom Line

G Fuel has only a few calories and doesn’t contain any sugar making it a good energy drink for your everyday tasks. Just remember to limit yourself to one scoop a day. Besides, its 150mg caffeine content per scoop is pretty decent compared to other energy drinks.

That said, the caffeine content is pretty concerning if you plan to drink the G Fuel canned version. More so if you’re not used to drinking that amount of caffeine regularly.

That’s why always make sure to read the label of a serving carefully. Remember to check the number of maximum scoops per serving as well.

That’s for your safety. Lucky for you, energy drinks makers make that a priority!

Is Bucked Up Energy Drink Bad for You? (Facts) – REIZECLUB

Das Labs made Bucked Up Energy Drinks with a generous amount of caffeine and other boosting elements. However, I think 300mg of caffeine is something people consider before consuming this energy drink.

Even though Bucked Up has a different pre-workout version, you can also use the original one as a pre-workout beverage. It combines Theacrine and Dynamine, which could give a much-improved focus and reaction time, just as this study discovered.

It uses no natural sugar, but all its flavors taste kind of sweet. On the other hand, you might still be wondering if these are enough things to consider Bucked Up Energy a suitable beverage for you.

To get answers to your questions, read on.

Is Bucked Up Energy Safe?

To clear your doubtsBucked Up Energy’s ingredients are proven safe by the FDA. The company also follows the FDA guidelines.

However, do bear in mind that the FDA does not approve energy drinks in their entirety, merely just their ingredients.

But just looking at the amount of caffeine, I’d have to say that I do not recommend Bucked Up for those who are sensitive to caffeine or new to energy drinks. I generally prefer energy drinks with only 50 to 100 mg of caffeine only to avoid nasty side effects.

All in all, Bucked Up can be safe as long as you’re a healthy adult and you moderate your consumption.

  • Methylliberine (as Dynamine™)
  • Theacrine (as TeaCrine®)
  • Huperzine-A

While the Vitamin B6 and B12 in Bucked Up Energy are over what’s recommended, this is still safe. That’s because Your body takes only what it needs, and it would make you urinate the excess. It would be best if you didn’t worry about this matter.

On the other hand, it’s a good thing that there’s only a little of Beta-Alanine in Bucked Up Energy. While it’s known to decrease muscle fatiguetoo much of it can cause paraesthesia which feels irritable tingling in your skin.

How Much Caffeine is in a Bucked Up Energy Drink?

As I’ve mentioned, Bucked Up Energy has 300 mg of caffeine. If you think this amount of caffeine is a lot, well, you’re correct. In fact, this amount of caffeine is already dangerous to a caffeine-sensitive person.

But for healthy adults, the FDA advises a 400mg daily caffeine limit. Anything more than that could cause headaches, fever, and palpitations.

As you see, Bucked Up is very close to this limit so it’s important that you keep your intake to one can a day only and that you don’t consume any more caffeine from other sources like soda or chocolates.

More, this amount could also cause insomnia. Therefore, I suggest you don’t take it before your bedtime whenever you plan to have a nap.

Coffee beans in a cup.

If you don’t know, drinking a high dosage of caffeine regularly can increase your chances of developing a high caffeine tolerance. This means that if you’re used to taking a lot of caffeine every day, you might not feel a boost from energy drinks with lower caffeine content.

If you already have high caffeine tolerance, you can change it. You can do that by cutting a little dose of caffeine from your usual dose. It won’t happen quickly, but you have a chance.

How Bad is an Energy Drink a Day?

It depends. Even if you’re a healthy adult, you should only take one serving of any energy drinks per day. Moreover, if you can, avoid energy drinks with lots of caffeine, calories, and sugar because they can lead to obesity and diabetes.

Speaking of sugar and calories, Bucked Up Energy uses artificial sweeteners. These are acesulfame potassium and sucralose to enhance its taste without any natural sugar.

The good thing about artificial sweeteners is that they are calorie-free and so much sweeter than regular sugar. Not only that, but it can also save you from the harm of sugar crashes. After all, you won’t want to overdose on sugar and feel dizzy or sleepy during your workout sessions.

Overall, an energy drink a day shouldn’t be too bad, especially if you pick a drink with minimal caffeine, sugar, and calories. However, if we’re talking about Bucked Up, I’m not sure 300mg of caffeine a day would be good for your health.

Bucked Up Energy Drink Flavors

Bucket Up Energy has only six flavorsnamely:

  • Rocket Pop
  • Blue Raz
  • Blood Raz
  • Grape Gainz
  • Killa OJ

Where to Buy Bucked Up?

You can buy all of the mentioned flavors on their official website. However, they’re also available on Amazon and GNC. You can also check out its pre-workout counterpart from there.

Their prices range from $3-$4 each. I wouldn’t buy energy drinks that are this expensive except if I have extra money or try a new flavor.

So, I’d say that Bucked Up is worth a try but for the long-term? I think there are better brands out there that will give you more bang for your buck. Stay tuned for my absolute favorite, which I will introduce later on!

Energy Drinks or Pre-workout?

I think pre-workouts have a higher chance of being dangerous. For sure, energy drinks can improve your energy and focus. But then, pre-workout beverages take that to another level.

And that’s because a pre-workout supplement contains Higher dosages of caffeine and some other ingredients. In addition, there are also added ingredients that are responsible for a more substantial boost compared to energy drinks.

Meanwhile, you can really use an energy drink as a pre-workout beverage. In fact, they’re used interchangeably by other athletes, especially those who’re not comfortable with a higher dosage of caffeine.

If you want an elaborate explanation, you can check this video.

Alternative Energy Drinks to Bucked Up

Here are other energy drinks you can try if you don’t like the taste and effects of Bucked Up Energy.

Redline Xtreme Energy

If you want the same amount of caffeine as Bucked Up Energy but cheaper, you can try Redline Xtreme Energy. You can use this beverage as a pre-workout supplement too.

You can have one bottle for $2.70. It offers other nutrients such as Vitamin C, electrolytes, and calcium. It’s not only beneficial to your workout but can provide positive assistance to your hydration and skin too.

Maw Energy

A scoop of MAW Energy can give you a lot of concentration and energy for hours. It’s a good energy drink for gaming and workout because it has a decent amount of caffeine.

more, it’s packed with L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine, and B Vitamins that could equip your body with the extra boost your body doesn’t always have. But because it’s a powdered energy drink, you might want to make sure you’re getting the right scoops.

Every scoop can give you 100mg of natural caffeine without any sugar. You can make 60 servings in a tub of Maw Energy if you’ll be sticking with a scoop per serving. And the cost of a tub is only $35.

REIZE (The Best)

And we’ve arrived at my favorite brand, REIZE!

Now, REIZE may only have 50 mg of caffeine, but boy does it deliver a solid energy boost that will get you going without risking side effects.

In addition, it’s also packed with Taurine, Ginseng, and B-Vitamins, all designed to improve your physical and mental performance. And as if that’s not good enough, REIZE is also sugar-free and only has 11 calories, perfect for any diet.

What I also love about REIZE is that it comes in handy 4g sachets that you can take with you anywhere! Whip up a fresh glass of REIZE anytime you’re in need of a pick-me-up.

You can get REIZE for only around $1 per sachet and you can even have your orders shipped straight to your door.

The Final Verdict

Overall, I don’t think Bucked Up is bad for you. However, it can be, especially if you don’t drink it moderately. Well, you can consider it expensively priced too.

As I’ve said, it’s not prudent to drink too much caffeine or become dependent on it. While Bucked Up won’t give you any sugar crashes, its caffeine content is a different story. You shouldn’t overindulge this energy drink as it can give you a massive headache.

Therefore, you should only drink Bucked Up energy drink when you really need it and limit yourself to one serving per day.

Fruit Facts – Drink Living Juice

At O2Living, we talk about fruit a lot. It is fruit that goes into our juices (along with some veggies), and it’s fruit that delivers the many benefits of cold pressed juice.

But where does all this fruit come from? How does it grow? What kind of climate does each species like? Let’s take fun dive on a few key types of fruit to learn something new.

A staple in American households, the apple is synonymous with the general term “fruit”. It’s everywhere in pop culture: one a day apparently keeps the doctor away, we bob for them at state fairs, and we smother them in caramel at farmer’s markets.

But they aren’t originally from the orchards of upstate New York. In 1929 a Russian scientist named Nikolai Vavilov traced the apple genome back to a wild apple in the Tian Shan Mountains of Kazakhstan. These apples, like ours today, grew on trees but instead of in carefully cultivated orchards they were found in vast mountaintop apple forests stretching for miles. Most apples found here probably didn’t taste too good– it wasn’t until later, with careful gene selection by groups like the Romans, that apples like these became palatable.

organic bananas- <img src=

Another huge player in the fruit world, bananas are the single most grown fruit on Earth by metric tons. They grow only in hot, tropical climates– it is no wonder that they originated in the dense jungles of the

Malay Archipelago in Southeast Asia. Though they grow in what are called “Banana Trees”, these plants aren’t actually trees at all. They’re more like a giant herb, closer related to lilies and orchids than a mighty oak. This doesn’t mean they don’t have size, however, as a banana tree can reach 40 feet in just nine short months.

It’s hard to overstate the impact of bananas on human life. Over 500 million people worldwide depend on banana cultivation in some way for their livelihood, and even more probably consume it. High in potassium and other nutrients, it’s no wonder why.

orange organic- O2 Living blog makers of organic cold-pressed fruit and vegetable Living Juice

A main player in our delicious Carrot Kick, oranges are another fruit powerhouse. Delicious and refreshing, they’re grown in subtropical and tropical climates. You can see Valencia oranges growing on the arid streets of Spain or large oranges growing in the tropics of brazil. Globally, they account for 70% of the world’s citrus fruit production. In fact, since 1987, oranges are the most cultivated fruit tree globally.

Originating from ancient southeast Asia, some form of the orange that we know today has been cultivated for thousands of years. North America didn’t use to have orange trees until the Spanish dragged some seeds aboard their galleons in the 1500s, where they would plant the first orange trees in St. Augustine. 300 years later, opportunistic salesmen in Los Angeles would be planting and selling oranges to hungry gold miners. With that, the orange had taken over.

Alani Nu Energy Drink Review (All Facts) – REIZECLUB

If you’re looking for an energy drink that you would enjoy on a busy day, then you should definitely try Alani Nu. This energy drink was launched by a fitness entrepreneur, Katy Hearnin 2018. Despite its young legacy, Alani Nu has proven itself in the world of energy drinks.

This drink looks attractive from the packaging, but its taste is definitely appealing too. It comes in lots of flavors with 200mg of caffeine. It’s also low on calories and is sugar-free.

However, not all of its flavors were a hit for me. Relaxing, Alani Nu does give a refreshing bolt of energy. Read on for my in-depth review of the drink and what it has to offer!

Nutritional Information of Alani Nu

Here’s what you can find inside a can of Alani Nu, as shown in the photo below. Each can has12 fl oz, which is the standard size for most beverages.

Here’s what’s on the label of Alani Nu.

Ingredients of Alani Nu

As you may notice, this energy drink is sugar-free. Alani Nu has resorted to artificial sweeteners instead of using natural sugar. They are called erythritol and sucralose.

Alani Nu energy drinks contain these ingredients:

  • Carbonated Water
  • Citric Acid
  • Erythritol
  • Taurine
  • Sodium Citrate
  • Natural and Artificial Flavors
  • Caffeine L-Theanine
  • Sucralose
  • Panax Ginseng Root Extract

Is Alani Nu a Good Energy Drink?

Yes. In my opinion, Alani Nu has what I’m looking for in an energy drink. I’m not a big fan of sugar and calories and Alani Nu really delivers a solid energy boost without the excessive sugar and calories.

Because Alani Nu is sugar-free, it won’t have glycemic effects on your blood sugar, leading to obesity and diabetes, as stated in this study.

Alani Nu Nutrition Facts
Alani Nu Nutrition Facts

Over, the use of artificial sweeteners can help you with your diet. The only way it could affect your diet negatively is when you excessively consume it knowing that it doesn’t have any sugar. This could make you gain additional weight.

While Alani Nu has only ten calories per can, I don’t really go for another round because of its high caffeine content.

Do Alani NU Energy Drinks Have Caffeine?

A 12 fl oz of Alani Nu contains 200mg of caffeine. I like caffeine, but not this much in a single can. I prefer energy drinks with 50-100mg of caffeine because they’re safer and easier to control your dose.

The FDA recommends consuming no more than 400mg of caffeine daily. Doing so can lead to caffeine overdose symptoms such as:

  • Trouble breathing
  • Vomiting
  • Hallucination
  • Palpitations
  • Nervousness
  • Headaches
A man having a headache.
Prevent headaches by getting just the right amount of caffeine.

Alani Nu Flavors

Alani Nu has unique Flavors with Cosmic Stardust as their best seller.

If you haven’t tasted one yet, I’ll be sharing with you my personal opinions for each of them. Or you can also watch this video too!

This vlogger already had her previous review on Alani Nu Energy Drinks. Find out why she decided to go for another round in this video.

The Cosmic Stardust flavor will give you a sweet-tart taste. Its sweetness is very similar to cotton candy, and its berry flavor matches it nicely. I was expecting it to be awkward tasting, but I was wrong.

Next to it is the Witch’s Brew. It’ll remind you of caramel green apple lollipops. You can never get tired of its sweetness and nostalgic taste.

The Hawaiian Shaved Ice flavor is much better if it’s served super cold. It’s perfect for a beach experience, and the watermelon and strawberry don’t contradict each other.

This one is also sweeter than the Cosmic Stardust. Also, the boost of energy came out smooth for me and I didn’t experience any jitters.

Mimosa is perfect for citrus lovers. Very thirst-quenching and the caffeine boost is good too. Like with the other flavors I didn’t feel any side effects.

I was supposed to replace my afternoon coffee with Mimosa. However, I was disappointed with the strange aftertaste. Maybe it’s because they made this one too sweet.

Tropsicle and Trippy hippie will remind you of a pina colada. It has a strong pineapple flavor with a hint of coconut. These two are the most refreshing flavor for me out of them all.

Alani Nu’s newest flavor is the Electric Tie-Dye Cherry Limeade, which doesn’t taste like cherry limeade. However, I still enjoyed it because it tastes like Pepsi.

The Watermelon Wave flavor has a different attack of freshness. It comes with a bit of citrus taste, and you won’t question if it contains watermelon. This flavor doesn’t taste watered compared to other watermelon energy drinks flavors I’ve sampled in the past.

Arctic White will literally take you to the Arctic. The flavor is unmistakable and has a little grape taste that tickles your tastebuds. It’s pretty simple but very refreshing too.

On the other hand, Breezeberry doesn’t taste that clean. Breezeberry and Carnival Candy Grape have a taste of the ice pops I’ve had when I was a kid. But the artificial flavor is very evident if it’s not super cold.

The Cherry Slush one tastes like cherry-inspired cream soda. At first, I liked it, but as I was about to finish it, I noticed that it didn’t taste that great at all. Well, I liked the fact that it worked on my jog though, I wish it came in a more enjoyable taste.

The ones I least like are Rainbow Candy and Sour Peach Rings. They both have an okay effect, and you can also take them as a pre-workout, but they just lack a new impact that you can’t find on other energy drinks.

Where to Buy Alani Nu?

Alani Nu is available on Amazon and GNC. The pricing varies depending on where you are going to buy it.

You can buy 12 cans at GNC for around $22.50. This means that one can is around $2.

On the other hand, if you purchase them at their website, 12 cans will cost you around $30. You can also check if their limited edition versions are back in production from there. They might also have sales and discounts from time to time.

Alani Nu Alternatives

Here are other energy drinks you can try if you’re uncomfortable with Alani Nu.

Razorwire contains 150 mg of caffeine, is low on calories, and has no sugar. This amount is much lower than Alani Nu. But just like it, it also has taurine, guarana, vitamin B for your focus, and instant energy, which you would need for a game or workout.

As to the flavor, it has a refreshing and natural fruity flavor. It also doesn’t taste much like an energy drink because it’s lighter. It has six flavors, so you won’t take much time choosing what to go for, compared with Alani Nu, which offers many more options.

A 6-pack of Razorwire may cost around $10, cheaper than Alani Nu. With this amount, you can get one sachet for only about $2.

Monster Energy drink has 160mg of caffeine, but it’s not sugar-free. It has 55g of sugar and other contents such as Panax ginseng and B vitamins. It also tastes like what you’ll expect for a strong energy drink.

Only take this drink if you have a high tolerance for sugar and caffeine. Interesting, this energy drink could truly help you start your day and even your overnight endeavors.

A pack of 12 cans is priced at around $32.50 on Amazon. One can costs around $3, but that’s not a waste of money because it’s really worth it based on the strength. However, there are much wiser options.

The flavors of Alani Nu Energy drinks have a sweet taste, while REIZE has a gentle lime that tastes right compared to Alani Nu Sour Peach Rings.

If you love a clean and gentle taste, you should get REIZE. It’s packed with B-vitamins, inositol, and taurine. You can also get these from Alani Nu; However, for me, REIZE has an edge on its packaging and caffeine content.

REIZE comes in handy 4g sachets you can take with you anywhere! I love how I can just keep it in my pocket or bag and I can whip up a fresh and fizzy glass of REIZE anytime.

REIZE Sachet poured in a glass
REIZE sachet poured in a glass.

It only has 50mg of caffeine. And while this may seem too little for you, 50mg of caffeine can really give you a great energy boost that won’t cause any pesky side effects.

It’s perfect for those with low caffeine tolerance or who are beginners at energy drinks. Compared to Alani Nu’s 200mg, REIZE’s is definitely better in my opinion. It’s also sugar-free, so you won’t have to worry about having sugar crashes as well.

You can get REIZE for only around $1 and you can even have your orders shipped straight to your door!

Try REIZE now and I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s a better option than Alani Nu.

Other Fine Brands

Final Say

Overall, Alani Nu is a pretty simple but powerful energy drink. You can have a lot of options with this energy drink. They all work, but there are significant differences in their taste that add to their uniqueness.

Alani Nu is not that expensive, but you can still get much safer and improved benefits with REIZE. With Alani Nu’s caffeine content, you can already use it as a pre-workout beverage.

However, its makers also offer a Pre-workout version of Alani Nu. Just search them on their website, and you can order a tub.

Whether you choose the can or the pre-workout version, it’s best to limit yourself to one serving. I highly suggest that you assess your caffeine tolerance before going with this energy drink.
