  • Chop the Banana – Take a medium-sized ripe banana and chop it into small pieces
  • Add the Ingredients In a blender jar, add chopped banana, 1½ cup of milk, vanilla essence, and honey. You can also use almond milk or oat milk as a non-dairy option. And maple syrup instead of honey
  • Blend Close the lid and blend everything until it turns smooth (you can also add more milk or water to thin out the consistency)
