  • 4 cups water

  • 4 decaf green tea bags

  • 4 cups coconut water

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • 3 Tbsp honey

  • Lemon slices


  • Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Once boiling, add the green tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and squeeze to get out all of the liquid. Discard the tea bags.
  • Stir in the coconut water, lemon juice and honey. Reheat the tea is you would like to enjoy it warm.
  • Pour the tea into a large pitcher and place it in the fridge to cool.
