  • 2 cups hot water

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp fresh, finely grated ginger

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  • Pour all of the ingredients into a mug.
  • Stir to dissolve the honey.
  • Enjoy warm.
