  • Boil the water – In a saucepan with medium heat, pour water and bring it to boil
  • Add in the Ginger Add chopped or grated fresh ginger to the water. Allow it to boil for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add the cinnamon – Simmer the heat and add a cinnamon stick to ginger tea. Adding cinnamon is optional here, you can feel free to skip if you really don’t need its flavor. And adding cinnamon gives you the natural red color tea that you may notice it in the video and pictures
  • Brew the tea – Close the pan with its lid and allow it to brew for 5 minutes
  • Filter the tea – Open the lid and remove the tea from heat. Strain the cinnamon stick and ginger pieces from the tea. Now pour the filtered Ginger Tea into a serving glass.
